About The Classes
In just 60 minutes burn over 600 calories and get the most enjoyable workout of your life! Ideal for women of all ages who want to feel stronger while gaining the agility, balance and coordination that come with martial arts training. Classes consist of a gentle warm up, kickboxing techniques, stretching and a warm down. Professional instruction by Tarik Kharbouch, former British Champion, team member and instructor for the South East Academy of Martial Arts. Tarik will give you the jump start you need to get fitness back into your life’s routine!
